You mean I said something bad about FFVI, right? I didn't mention VII to you that I recall... I have plenty of criticisms about it too but I love it all the same. VI and VII are really doubtlessly the dual-finest FF games, it's hard to argue that, I'd say -- even though plenty more of them are fantastic.

Yeah, though, Chrono Trigger has, like, possibly my favorite game sountrack ever? Definitely the best 16-bit JRPG one I can think of, and that's saying a lot. So you're totally wrong about that~ One of the first songs you hear in the game, too, Secret of the Forest, is one of my favorites. Though you won't hear some fantastic ones until later... there are some kinda goofy ones here and there, I guess, and the battle theme, though badass, might take a bit of getting used to compared to most RPG battle themes of the time, but I dunno... the music's just sooooo good, I have to disagree with you to a ridiculous degree if you don't like it.

Anyway, after just now finishing FFVI far, FAR later than I should have, I can totally feel that 'amazing 16-bit rpg' vibe. And though FFVI was absolutely a masterpiece despite what issues it does have and doubtlessly my favorite FF, Chrono Trigger still trounces it; far less bugs and imbalance issues, a tighter party with far, FAR more character development and fleshing-out, no weird Esper system that leaves me feeling annoyed at having to constantly switch them out for ideal stats and truly perfect stats never being attainable anyway, more challenge throughout the game, New Game +, multiple endings, and just generally being THE BEST GAME EVER.

Also best music. And Robo is best pony, you're right.

Oh, school. Bummer. This year is my first semester at college so I'm kinda looking forward to it, in a way. Just to see what it's like.

I thought TDKR was pretty good. It really didn't come together for me though until about halfway through, but I really enjoyed the conclusion. Really liked Catwoman's character too, I thought they did a great job with her.

Hope your school year is tons of fun on some level! I think at some point I'll miss the simplicity of high school. But that's not to say I'm a fan xD
