'd quite a few games lately! 
Though probably not enough to fight against the tide of Steam

Say weren't you the guy who showed me his custom bartop arcade a while ago? I was thinking of my own DIY arcade cabinet, a stand up one which should pretty much be the same than yours except I want that actual feel of standing up playing the game, just like the old days. Retro and aesthetic, this who I be (Like my BL theme!).
So my assembly questions were: It was a Raspberry Pi you used as the base of the tech, right? To power the monitor, programs, and especially the controllers? I'm still getting into how the Pi works exactly. But from what I've heard, it was a micro-computer of some kind? Surely it can become a micro game console, which is just the thing for it.
I mean, before knowing what a Raspberry Pi even was, I resorted to the idea of getting an actual mini desktop, which is too chunky compared to the Pi idea. I feel that using said device and an assembly video on how to make my standup cabinet idea would work well. I also have heard of RetroPie which may work if it's crucial for the build.
But how did you set your own machine? Would you direct me to a more optimized procedure for said project? I won't be assembling it now, I need the funds for it first.
