Yup! Either find the game in your "My Games" tab or if it's displayed in your "Now Playing" list, you can click the Edit icon that looks like a piece of paper with a pencil and it'll take you back to the Edit screen.

Hey dude, welcome to Backloggery! Looks like you've already added a bunch of titles to your list, nice! If you want to add extra content about your game, there's a "Detailed Mode" toggle in the Add/Edit Games section so you can even add how many trophies you've obtained and stuff like that.
