☆☆☆★★ This game is ROUGH. Hardest time I've had completing an Atelier since Shallie. Characters just...join out of nowhere seemingly, combat is...moving on, and I feel like game progression is all over the place. I think they made the game for the player to get to postgame, and maybe that wasn't a great idea because the ride there is just not great at all. And now I have no more interest in continuing. Unfortunate because I actually really like Liane and Firis, but not this game. Hope L&S is better :/

☆★★★★ I wasn't sure what to expect going into a fourth Arland game considering I was not all that much a fan of Rorona or Totori, and while improved, Meruru was just barely above average. But the time Gust spent on the games in-between was worth it. I feel like this game hit the sweet spot of adventure and still being a game about being the best alchemist you can. Synthesis just works, combat blends your alchemy skill and battle characters well, and the party's funtastic. This was a treat to play.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails
[Level 50 Nayuta] A late add, but this game was pretty good. A little annoying at times, but pretty good. Achievements: 32 / 48 (67%)

☆★★★★ Probably overall a 3.5-ish/5, because the first half of the game was pretty slow and lacked some punch. Once the big climax hits (and Gear Drive learned), I felt like combat and story started to get really good. But most of the bosses in this game STINK. Strange hitboxes, strange hurtboxes to the point of some swings seem bugged, and the patented BIG SWING(TM) move every freaking boss has for some reason. But stages are cool to explore and spin around, and I think it's worth a play.
