I've already downloaded Birthright. Revelation isn't available to people without the special edition until March. What I meant before was the reason I didn't START with Birthright was because I liked the characters from Conquest better. Plus I'm an old hand when it comes to Fire Emblem, so the extra difficulty appealed to me.

I would have bought the special edition if the preorders didn't sell out in a day.

Takumi is awesome!! He is one reason I would have liked to play Birthright, but ultimately I like the characters in Conquest better. I really like Keaton, Jakob, Niles and Elise. Currently my team is mainly children and there's bunch of them that I like, namely Dwyer (Jakob's son) and Shigure (Azura's son). My most powerful unit right now is Mozu though, holy moly she packs a punch!

I just bought the map pack yesterday! I find it tough to wait for each map to slowly come out, even though there's more than enough to play right now! I'm really loving this game so far. Do you have any favourite characters yet?
