When I drop a game for "no reason" its usually because something else has caught my attention and I just didn't think about it. Shit happens. You just have to find the desire to finish a game, because if the game is good that desire is there somewhere. The main reason I dropped Catherine is because I struggled to identify with Vincent. Even when I'd make "good" choices he would make bad choices to complicate good choices. It's not like that isn't realistic, but its just a little discouraging having to suffer a lot to get to the good endings.
