Yeah, EoE is like the only PS3 game that I really, really wanted to play

Um, well, AtG is...really bland, like you said lol. But at least the story/characters are humorous, so I'm not quite bored when I play it.
I don't know what about that game makes me want to actually try to finish it lol. I must have spent at least 20-30 hours on it already.

Yeah, many things are so broken in Again, but in the end, the story was kinda worthwhile I thought.

But anyway, EoE/RoF is awesome, just like I thought!
Although I haven't had time to play it recently, I really did like it lots. The best part is, even in the NA version, the Japanese track in included

I am SO happy you asked me that!! Because I have been raving about the game to anyone who'll listen.

Tri-Ace & Sega, imo, have released a RPG that should at least be nominated for GOTY. Yes, I know that is high praise, but as a long time RPG gamer...I have not been so addicted, refreshed, and entertained by a strong story-based, character driven, strategy-type role playing game this generation. The battle engine is unlike anything you've ever played. A mixture of strategy, action, and seemless theatrical moves that produce addictive gameplay.

It is separated into 16 Chapters+, including Guild Missions and Special Enemy Battles (in addition to the 1-2 Story Missions) each chapter that are immensely worthy of completing for the rewards before moving on to the next chapter...because once you advance chapters, you will lose the ability of ever getting those missions or battles again.

The characters are enjoyable, funny, and endearing. Just experiencing the exhilerating Start-up screen sequence (and the somewhat secret second opening sequence that gives a little more background on the events that are about to take place in Basel) gives you just a taste of how intense and mysterious the upcoming story really is.

I really could go on and on...because I haven't even mentioned the customizing of weapons, gathering and breaking down of items to have even better items made, and the purchasing of a multitude of clothing and accessories to make your charcaters look just how you want them to (including in-game T-shirts featuring the RoF title and themes ).

OK, I'm done for now. But hopefully I've expressed how great RoF really is! And I even played, beat, and enjoyed FFXIII before starting RoF. Though I do find it a bit unfortunate RoF was released in the wake of FFXIII without near enough advertising or marketing (at least here in NA). But hopefully enough people will play it by word of mouth and it can grow and receive the proper media it deserves....but, I apologize..let me step of my soapbox and wash my face of the obvious bias.

I do hope you get a chance to play RoF! And it comes highly recommended from myself!

Time is the ultimate enemy of the human race...there is never enough, it goes by too damn fast, and is eventually the "Bringer of the End"... kinda stinks really, that we're all bound by some intangible force...

But enough 'philosophying' , thank you for the kind words as well! A lot of my games, such as the NES, Genesis, and TG16 games were beaten many years ago when I was a little younger. It seems to take me more time now days to complete a game as my attention can easily be diverted by a 'newer and shinier' game! ...I guess that's the ostrich in me

But every once in awhile, a game comes along that I have never played and I am completely swept up in a fantasy world for days on end! Current case in point: Grandia for the PS1! The incredible story alone would have me hooked, but then throw in the great battle system and the frickin' incredible soundtrack!! Wow! I'm a sucker for a good story and great music...video game or not!!

Anyway, I hope time deals you a better hand so you can have some QT with KH: 358/2 Days. I've not played that one yet, so you'll have to let me know how it ends up!

Take Care!!

Howdy and Hello

I must say, I am very intrigued by the artfulness of your banner and avatar(s)...this includes your GS account too. I just caught myself staring at the banner above....I love it!

You have some very quality titles in your video game library as well!! Very nice stuff.

How is Wizard of Oz on the DS? I'm thinking of picking it up...should I? Also, I have to say that I am very jealous of your copy of Knights in the Nightmare! A video game store manager/friend of mine gave me a copy of the Art Book that was released at the same time as the game. For some reason though...I never bought the game and now I am regretting it deeply as the cost of the game just keeps going up. Anyways, till next time...

Very good to have ya as a friend both here and on GS. Take Care & Have a Happy Day!
