While the game's art style feels a bit corporate-media-ish and the music and voices can get tiring, the game's adventure format is legitimately the best-motivating drive to exercise I've ever encountered and performing the game's pretty intensive and strenuous exercises has not only made me feel healthier and happier on a broad scale, but has also likely added some more years onto my life I can spend clearing my backlog.
