Max Payne is back and better than ever, or at least his case, worse than ever. Max Payne 3 adds new additional features with old elements that made this game truly great experience. A story-driven single player offers great gameplay with amazing voice talent and great atmosphere. Single player also offer arcade modes to show off your skills. Multiplayer is really fun with various game modes, as well as tons of unlockables. Max Payne is a hardcore game experience. Score: 9.4

As the first one only shows potential, this one steps in the right direction. The story mode is more compelling than the first as well as nice treats to fans. The graphics is still great and the cutscenes are surprisingly remarkable, even in hardcore game standard. Multiplayer, now with online, is more fun and easy to jump in. The story takes a hit with its slow pacing in the beginning and special (ougi) eye-candy is lessen. Bottom line, this is a great gift to fans. Score: 8.5

This game is a well definition of complete. This game has everything to keep you going. Campaign is incredibly fun as well as compelling story with characters that make you feel like you cared. Multiplayer is addicting and so many modes that keeps you coming; firefight is an addicting co-op, and there is so much more to name. The game is in my top 10 and everything in it is incredible. Score: 9.8

If you are familiar with the original Halo, then it's basically a gift with its remastered soundtracks and newly-enhanced graphics. Everything you love about Halo is here and more, such as skulls, online, and more. There's no changes to the gameplay; however, it's still great fun and addicting, even to this day. It's a great remake and you won't regret it. Score: 9.5

This is in my top 10 all-time favorite. Halo is a well-made game to first-person shooter as Gears is to third-person. Wonderful campaign with a compelling story as well as great atmosphere, great end to the trilogy, multiplayer is well-polished and almost feel balanced, and so much more. You can feel that the amount of work the developers have done. The expectation of this game surpassed mine. I know I will always return here until a new Gears game. Great job, Cliffy. Score: 9.7

Well I decided to try some demos out. Some are old, some are somewhat new. Let's get down on my impression.
Amy: Yeah, I heard this game is really bad, so I decided to download the trail version. After playing for 25 minutes, I can say this game is truly bad. Like seriously bad. I know it's arcade, but it looks outdated, gameplay is so slow and sluggish, list goes on. The puzzle is really weak and the combat is bad. The music that plays during combat is just awkward because the action is not "intense" enough for it. All in all, ignore it. Sad, because the story could be good, though I wouldn't know.
Ninja Gaiden 3: Honestly, Tecmo-Koei should have made a whole new franchise. This is not Ninja Gaiden. The game seems to be not as bad as the journalists would say. However, the problem can be that it will get repetitive really quick. I had short fun, but unless there's a lot of weapons to unlock, this game can get boring. The quick time event is very overdoing. It's doing the modern games style yet limit the player too much. The quick time event during combat is unnecessary. Scythe has the most quick time even, which is a shame as I really like that weapon. Overall, it gave me an ok impression, but I get the feeling that once I play the full title, it will be highly disappointing.
Spec Ops: The Line: This is a pretty good demo. The shooting is good, good controls, and it has some nice tunes during combat. I really like the atmosphere so far in the demo. The main question for this game is whether the sand really plays a huge part to this game. The early demo make it seem like sand will be played in the battlefield (i.e. quicksand). Otherwise, the game will be good but it will be another shooter. It needs something that will stand out heavily. Strange, long ago it really seems like a huge deal. Not so much now, but let's hope it's really good.
