Me too. I'm not yet ready to upgrade to a PS4 yet till Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out. I am really looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 3. I think I may just buy a Wii U this year but IDK.

To be honest it runs very well on PS3. The graphics are great, while not up to par with PS4, they are really nice because of the Fox Engine. Theres really no lag and the load times are quick, except the load time to start up the game which can take a couple of minutes. But the in game load times are less than a minute and there are no load times as your playing the game. It is a great game and if you've played MGS IV, you'll notice that MGS V's graphics are a little better. So if you're still on the fence whether or not to get MGS V on the PS3 because you don't have a PS4, I'd say go for it. Plus the game is $10 cheaper and the only thing that is better about the PS4 version would be the graphics. but not by much.
