True, the market isn't there for it yet but still it didn't stop some PC games and Sony from trying...although I'm not sure Sony has been pushing 3D games lately, soooo maybe it was a good decision to not go for it.

That's exactly why I felt so unmotivated to buy it. When I doing research for it, watching gameplay and walkthrough vids, the combat and even the menu interface looked extremely clunky and awkward. Usually when I hear praise for the game it's directed at the seemingly endless amount of content and beautiful world but I never hear much about the actual gameplay. I suppose that's the trade off - a well crafted, detailed world over the stiff combat. With all the mods needed to enjoy the game I wonder how did console gamers get their enjoyment from it.

You'd think Nintendo with their push for 3D on portables, would push into it living rooms.

Ah, Skyrim. I missed several chances to grab that for cheap. I dunno, I just felt so unsure even though its very much loved.

I have to admit my depth perception needed some adjustment, there were a number of times where I would keep missing my mark when jumping on enemies. But it got better halfway through the game.
