Well, to be fair, I wouldn't really be surprised if The Boss became a villain and then a good guy right before she died. In fact, pretty much every single female villain thus far has had a death-bed redemption (Sniper Wolf, Olga, Fortune).

I'll be pleased if events do manage to surprise me, though.
