Yeah, Persona 5 is one of my favorite RPGs from this current generation. Admittedly, I still never finished it, I should go back and do that.

I absolutely love Life is Strange. Like seriously, to a possibly unhealthy level (i guess you could say i think it's HELLA awesome ).

I was initially a little wary when Before the Storm was announced since obviously there's no Max, but since i absolutely love Chloe, i jumped on board. BtS so far has been amazing, in some ways i like it even more than the original game -- probably mainly since as great as Max's character is, Chloe is my favorite. It's very cool to be back at Blackwell, from a different perspective and all. Of course, the game is shorter and each episode is streamlined a bit more, but i'm loving the story. Very curious to see how it ends, especially considering that BtS is 3 years before the events of the first game.

LiS and BtS are those rare games where you want to and love to play them, but at the same time you don't want to, because you know they'll be over soon and don't want them to end (and only one more episode of BtS to go!). Does that make sense?

Anyway, i could ramble about these games forever; they're honestly among my favorite of all time. By the way, I hope you bought the Deluxe Edition of Before the Storm -- otherwise you'll miss out on the Epilogue episode that reportedly will feature young Max, set around the time shortly before she moves away to Seattle.

Yeah, I understand that when you're a dev you want to make the kind of game that inspired you, but... it's the same game. But with different character designs (not even new characters, the move sets are still basically the same, just the designs are different). And the studio is called wave dash, so they're definitely not trying to distinguish themselves from melee.

I hope they end up producing a product that deviates enough to the point where it can stand on it's own two feet, because right now its piggybacking on melee shamelessly.

I'll try that. I'm a decent Zarya, at least for my skill level. It's been rough trying to get anywhere these past few days, though... getting back up to 1700 SR is easy but then from there I keep falling down. But yeah, I'll try that out and I'll let you know if I see any progress or not.
