Well, with the new firmware update, amping up camera speed, and also turning off the gore, it's kinda improved the framerate, however, I still experience slowdowns, especially with certain enemies. But anyway, i've put up with the slight slowdown and weird blur early on and got used to it, so it's not a major turn off for me

If you know japanese, then import it. Just like GE2 and Toukiden, you need to know at least japanese to make materials. If not, I would wait until it's released in english. You can preorder the game for only $30.

Oh wow! Haha, I don't see how the 3DS is cheap! Of course comparing it to how powerful the PSV is, might make it appear as a cheap hardware, but regardless, there's a handful of good games, so there's no reason for not getting one.

I actually prefer PSV. when a game is released for both consoles, I always tend to choose the PSV version.
