I love how Yuzo Koshiro took soundfonts from various Super NES titles and made music outta 'em. The intro theme uses ActRaiser's sound style, which Yuzo Koshiro did music for and probably brought back a lotta memories for him.

Naturally, my go-to music style is MD. Hey, I love my Genesis beats. Maybe Yuzo should've opted for early CD system Redbook audio type as well.

I love how Princess Lola has the amazing power to clear everything with her shrieking to the high heavens.

Did youse get the FM music? It's totally worth it. Same with the music DLC in Cart of Darkness.

I've not heard good things about LRG these days, even more so now due to recent controversies they've been having. Going digital for the Valis compilation is probably the best idea.

I'm still contemplating whether or not to get it myself, but if I decide to, I'm going digital.

Danganronpa V3 was a pretty difficult platinum compared to the other games. I was tempted to stack the trophy lists with the Vita version but I don't think I want to do that since its easily over 80 hours.
The part that's probably gonna give you the most trouble is Ultimate Talent Development and the Despair Dungeon. They give you very little to work with on the first 20 or so floors. I recommend looking up a speedrun guide if you want to figure the best and fastest strategies to use

You played Actraiser Renaissance, correct? To me it was looking even better than the SNES original, but the unforgiving RTS battles made me ragequit halfway through Kasandora. You didn't seem to have nearly as much trouble having 100% it recently, so what are your thoughts?

You're kinda making me want to start my copy of Blue Reflection now that the sequel is here. and before physical copies become scarce and expensive.

Aokana also looks interesting, though I was also waiting for a PS4 physical copy, looks like I will have to get it on the Switch.

It's an interesting feeling, being one of the few to like a certain game that most everyone else hates. It's something I can relate with on quite a few games that I enjoyed that most people view in a more negative light.

I'm tempted to buy the FF Pixel Remasters but I'm probably holding out in case they do a PS4 release somewhere along the line. It sounds like FF1 would be a fun trophy list to complete judging by the Steam achievements.

Damn you had more patience than me - I fought about 10 battles in the Pyramid with the Golden Claws and went, "actually you know what, these aren't worth it" and ditched them lol.

I hope so, with how lucky I got to secure Ryza 1 physical on amazon. Won't get here until late May though

Hey, I see you've beaten Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, did you enjoy the game? how good is it compared to other Ys ? I usually love Ys games but for some reason didn't find IX appealing so I haven't gotten it yet.
