My F2P acc is inactive outside of logins. The game's too unforgiving to newbies by Camelot; it's still doable, but fights take forever and there's little room for unique party comps to make the game fun. Also being story-gated from events was irritating and causes you to miss out on welfares. Watching the storyline thru My Room/YT and enjoying the content much more with a vast roster. 
Endwalker was an emotional journey that delivered on almost all fronts in wrapping up a 10+ year story. However, I find myself slowly gravitating away from FFXIV, as the game has finally begun to grow stale in its core gameplay. If 7.0 is more of the same dungeons, trials and skills/abilities, with no innovation (like the PVP overhaul), then I may wind up quitting, and returning only for the new expansions.
