Consider Yourself a Hero: Majority of games are beaten
All the square classics in 2D-HD would of been a dream come true! but yeah heard really good things about these remakes though, especially the music!
Do they have extras like save states, x2 speed etc or are they trying to keep the original experience?

Nice theme man, love the blue/yellow! Really pops!

I'm thinking of getting back into Final Fantasy XIV soon. Try to get caught up for the release of Endwalker!

My little one is doing great! Keeping us busy for sure!

Definitely trying to get back to being active on here. Even if I just chip away at some games, some progress is better than none! I can't wait to finish up the remaining games in my Backlog then explore for some new exciting games to add to my collection!

Wow! Just noticed today is my backloggiversary! 10 years!

It's pretty great! I haven't been able to invest tons of time yet but I'm having a blast. The haptics feel really good. Playing on the hardest difficulty isn't too bad either, especially since the armors give you a ton of bonuses including damage reduction. It's my 2nd R&C game, with my first being the 2016 rebootmake, and I liked that one a lot when I played. This one is so much better. Apologies I haven't responded, my days are a bit hectic right now.

Also hey, I used that same image for an FF backloggery theme ages ago! It was probably close to a decade ago now, really cool to see it again.

Yeah I can see great potential for Fort Condor in Part 2 if it does return.

Yeah i'd love a few more DLC episodes like this in the future especialy one for Zack in that alt timeline and other Underground memebers

Yeah I'll admit I went back to Nier to try and get all the endings and left Hard mode on the back burner Weiss is just so tough theres only so many times I can almost beat him the Ending was heartbreaking didn't see that coming at all!!!! but so so happy we got a huge cutscene with the Main crew at the end!

How are you finding Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin? haven't played the demo yet but i've heard some pretty good things about it so far!

Hey what did you think of Episode Intermission in the end!

Thought it was a fantastic expansion all the way through with some great twists on Fort Condor and lesser known FF7 characters (especialy those bosses).

Yuffie has shot up to my fav character at this point too they did such a good job with her personality all the way through and it's gonna be great to see her interact with the main gang in Part 2.

Started my Hard mode run yesterday and it's going way better than expected... got the Fort Condor trophy and working my way through the factory.. am expecting to pick up in Chapter 2 though with another battle sim hard mode fight . You thinking about doing a hard mode run as well?

Edit - Also Final Fanatsy Soundtracks are just off the charts now what is happening!!!

Hm... sounds tough but doable. I tend to be very gung-ho about completionism, so I tend to avoid games if I'm not 1000% happy about playing them. Which is... a weird thing but I guess it makes sense.

Mercenaries wasn't that bad! Village II and Castle II were by far the hardest, Factory II throws so much money at you that you can easily get the magnum and grenade launcher both and laugh all the way to the bank slaughtering everything for SSS Rank. Mad Village II is actually a joke/gift run - if you keep your combo up through the entire first and second zones, you basically just survive to the end of third zone (even if you don't kill everything) and you get it 100%, it's about 900-912k to get SSS Rank. I ended up clearing all the way to the final zone, killed a couple enemies, and died, and ended up with 1,460k.

Yeah, I played the demo and it seemed really fun but I wasn't sure if it was the usual Ubisoft formula where it's kind of repetitive same-y stuff all over the map. I'm glad to hear it's pretty solid. So to that end, I'll keep it on the list for when they eventually do the Game of the DLC Edition, haha. Cheers!
This is where it all starts and ends.
