Alpha Protocol is fantastic and ridiculously underrated. I definitely need to finish my second playthrough.

My goal was to list everything I own including the old N64 and SNES games. Since they added an 'Unplayed' button, I've included things I'm collecting as well as the crap I haven't started.

Can't really make myself look better with number of games I got.

Your completion precentage is far more respectable than mine. Not bad.

I think the problem is... the ending is so awful that it completely eradicates any positive experiences you may get from the game. If I were you I would probably wait until the new DLC comes out this summer, which is supposed to provide more clarity on the Normandy sized plotholes at the finish. Maybe it won't be so bad then. I have my doubts though. After this debacle and the massive disappointment of Dragon Age 2, I'm not going to be giving BioWare any of my business again. (My gaming budget is small enough as it is).

But ending aside, I don't think ME3 is nearly as enjoyable as the first two. The already light RPG elements are almost entirely vanquished now (apart from maybe weapon modifications, which is somewhat reminiscent of what they did in the first game, except a little more streamlined now). Choices become much more limited, in terms of both dialogue options and major story decisions. And prepare to be completely underwhelmed if you gave a crap about whatever romance options you made.

Also -- I could not be more apathetic towards multiplayer. I believe some hardcore fans asked for co-op (as in, two or three players play through the story together) and they instead gave us a Gears of War battle mode. I don't have a problem with GoW or games of that ilk at all, but if I want to play a competitive shooter, I'll play a proper competitive shooter, dang it.

Oh, and both male and female Shep look like Forrest Gump when they run. A really terrible animation BW somehow thought acceptable enough to ship with the final game.

I have similar goals for books and movies too. It's funny, I've always considered myself a huge movie nut but that's the one I've been having the most trouble with lately. I used to set these ridiculous goals with unrealistic numbers thinking it would motivate me to read/watch/play more, but then I'd see just how far behind I was and become demotivated. Setting your bar to a more realistic level is probably the better option.
