Having played both versions now, I think I can confidently say the Wii version is the superior of the two. It feels like a more focused experience while in the HD version you're just randomly wandering around the planet with no sense of direction and the whole level up system makes the werehog nearly unplayable early on while he's just boring in the Wii version. HD definitely has it's moments though, especially Spagonia. Plus it's nice to finally have Empire City since it was cut in the Wii version.

Oh hey, you have MvC3 on 360! I'm sure as hell up for playing sometime if you don't mind fighting someone who sucks with anyone who isn't Dante!

"Master"?! Haha maybe at losing. I know some stuff I guess but I am just okay at actual playing.

I personally use a fight pad, a poor man's alternative to a fight stick. It's just a fancier controller with a boss button layout and sick floating d-pad that makes things much easier to pull off. The one I use is made specifically for Street Fighter, but like fight sticks themselves it can be used across the board after you map shit right. So that's an option if you don't want to shell out the big bucks.

As for fight sticks, one thing to watch out for is cheap ones! I forget a couple names, but even with a hefty price tag some sticks are kinda trashy. You can usually tell those ones though, so go for the best! Whether or not they can make you better, I believe they can, even if via placebo affect. It certainly would take some getting used to, as the fightstick is, well, much bigger. The motions to pull off are larger and the input is leagues different than a controller, but that goes without saying. If you really stick to it though you will: a) become more precise and thus better with the true fighter-oriented layout and spacious joystick, and/or b) simply become better anyway from all the practice you were putting in with the stick (since that's also practice for the games)!

This was probably a large chunk of meaningless stuff you probably thought about anyway, but I rant because I've wanted to try a stick myself for ages. But the fightpad is sweet too.
