I was coming over to leave a comment to say hope you enjoy Arena then spotted your comment below. I hope 2021 has been better for you so far. Try not to worry about lack of progress. I've been on backloggery for a year and a half now and in that time i've collected games, sold off most of my collection, started collecting again and restarted games more times than I care to admit- something i'm working on changing this year, so i've not exactly made a great deal of progess in getting through my backlog. You made it through 2020, that's plenty.

I hope you enjoy Arena and Daggerfall. I've played a bit of Arena (although I have a terrible habit of restarting games so its marked as unplayed for now) and whilst it took me a while to figure out how to play and the game was very dated, I did enjoy it a lot. I'm looking forward to going back to it and playing through the series when I get a chance.

2020 has been a... very bad year. COVID has sucked, yes, but it was a bad year for many other personal reasons, with the last couple of months being some of what feel like the worst in my life. Video games have been a wonderful escape, but at the same time I've had a very hard time concentrating on any one in particular and have been jumping between games a lot. Haven't really been using the Now Playing very much because I never know when I'm going to stick with a game or drop it entirely. But I'm going to try using it and see if I can get myself to focus at all again. I'm a little frustrated with my lack of progress on my backlog this year, but considering everything, I'm not going to beat myself up for it. This year has been hell. Here's hoping next year will be better.

Cleaned up my Now Playing list. It's been a bit stressful for me to look at all those games I had started but haven't yet felt like finishing, silly as that is. Going to try to keep my Now Playing down to just a handful of games that I KNOW I'm going to keep playing, and if I fall out of love with a game, remove it quicker and let myself move on to something else. I'll get back to those games eventually, but now just isn't the right time.

I see, thank you! I think I will go for Shovel Knight in the next winter sale. I love a good platformer game and I feel this is a must-play.

I love Forager, it isn't much of a crafting game but more a grinding idle game. I definitely recommend the game, especially if it has a big discount in the upcoming winter sale! I see you are playing Shovel Knight and My Time at Portia, those two are on top of my wishlist. Which one do you recommend?

It has a great atmosphere and it shows the creator put a lot of effort into the game; regarding the scariness factor, I can't say much because I played it in the afternoon, lol, but the Strange Doll Room was creepy for sure .
I love this kind of RPG Maker games and the next one I'm gonna play is END ROLL, let's see how it turns out.

BTW, I see you're playing - and enjoying - Dragon Quest Builder, it's such a relaxing game that I'm still at Chapter 1 and have played it for around 10 hours.

The true final boss was a pain in the ass. But I think you should try to see the game through if you can.

Okami is one of my favorite games butt I never got a chance to play the DS one, which is what my avatar is from. Did you ever finish Hollow Knight? I beat it at the beginning of the month.

Oh it's not a problem at all. I love having more people on here. I get in phases and right now that's handhelds so that's probably mostly what you'll see me playing on here for a while.
