OOTP is a game that's hard to learn but fun to master. While on the surface, a game consisting of menus and text may not wow you, but the absolute depth OOTP provides, with real major league history dating back to the 1800s and solidly realistic simulations makes for a compelling time waster. Points off for bugs in simulating, such as balls going through walls on hard-hit plays or extremely good fielders not making routine throws, instead holding the ball.

eaten it, and I never have to go back to it again. I will never complete it,
I've definitely left this platform hanging for a while now. I'll admit, I'm not as much a gamer as I used to be. That being said, I do feel as if my writing ability has improved over the years, and between games, I'm going to try to fill out some of the empty ratings and tag a review to them. So, if you search around a little bit, you may find some new stuff in my backlog.
Also, I don't use MarioLuigiFun anymore as a username. Can't change it I don't think, but I'm content with it.
