Well the WiiU and 3DS don't see as much action nowadays. Not that I dislike them, I'm actually one of the WiiU's biggest champions, but there is only so much time in the day.

I have never been to Pueblo no lol. I went the Springs like three Christmases ago to get a puppy from the store in one of (or possibly your only) local mall(s). They were the closest place we could find that exact kind of puppy. There was a car on fire on the way back. You guys DO make an impression.

Well I am pro legalization but I don't actually use anything. I'm just friends with a lot of stoners and they are all great people lol.

I am a very casual football fan as I grew up in a Broncos house, so I can watch it but I don't pay too close attention. (But it would a mortal sin to root against the Broncos here. I'd be run out) So I've never been to either football stadium. I hear the old Mile High had some interesting quirks though. Shame, most stadiums lack such personality and heritage nowadays and are just built for super rich guy luxuries. McNichols! HAHA. Haven't though about that place in years. It was a dump! THAT SAID, it was made to look better by the fact that the Denver Colosseum is an even bigger dump! (And it smells like horse crap year round) I always thought Coors looked really neat, I'm just not into baseball...like at all.

I've only been to Elitch Gardens once. When I was too small to ride anything fun, before it moved to where it is now. I'd better go soon though, rumor is they might be considering closing it.

Ahhh Okay. I assume that's you on Battle.net too? Always get a little concerned when I get random invites lol. The Springs huh? As a Denver elitist, I must express my condolences. Watch as my property values skyrocket to near unaffordable levels!

I actually haven't been out there too much. I bought a dog there once though lol.

I almost bought Persona Q2 yesterday, but considering my backlog and the fact that I haven't played even Persona Q yet, I'm not sure I will. Still, the Showtime Edition will be a rarity soon....

I just sucked it up and bought the 60 day resub for $30 just so I wouldn't be bothered with restriction notifications and plus, I have more than three characters. From what I've seen, it seems you can get away with F2P fairly easily since they just give you Major XP Boosts during story missions (+25% XP) and since speeder piloting is unlocked at 10, you get there fast. You can also buy quick travel time boosts for creds to get around faster. So if you're just skipping side quests and purely focused on the story missions, you can probably make meaningful progress in reasonable time. I've been leveling a Sith Warrior for at least a week and I'm almost done with the base story (with about 3 hours every day). Although I've also done Heroic grinding to catch up on gear and levels sometimes, but that's more of a personal preference. You can still do the story missions even if you're 2-3 levels lower than suggested. Also, I have to rescind my previous comment about the new DLC being poorly made; after playing more of one of the newer expansions, the game feels more like Mass Effect, which was surprising. The quality change is really noticeable. Cinematic camera angles, dramatic cutscenes, your choices have actual weight, your companions can die... it's a massive change from the 'safe' pre-DLC game.

Friend of Darkjack here; Old Republic has most of it's appeal set in the character story lines... not so much the combat or content. While you can enjoy this as a free player, it can be cumbersome to level up without certain QoL things like speeder piloting early on, but it's manageable if you have a lot of time. You should only resub if you want to see new content (you have an optional level boost for DLCs, straight to 65 or 70). As for the game itself, it's really starting to show it's age as the textures are noticeably blurry and the combat/targeting is incredibly rigid. I tend to ignore all of this though as the story lines are some of the best I've seen in an MMO no doubt thanks to old school BioWare's tender hand. Unfortunately, the newer DLCs are not well written and really showcase the lack of tact in the current industry. I'm amazed the game is still running after all these years, even releasing new DLC, so they must be doing something right.

I've only really been playing with some friends at random times so I haven't seen enough to really get a good feel for it. It does feel somewhat restricting without a subscription.

Nice get on Titan Quest. I've enjoyed it thus far, fun little D2 clone with a strong focus on ancient Greece. After I clear a few games I intend on going back to it.

I actually grew up overseas in the Marshall Islands, and it was common for Marshallese kids to swear at other players in their language, so the Pokemon fans picked up on that. What the rule basically boiled down to is, "Is you're yelling at the other team and we can't understand it, we're counting it as abusive language and unsportsmanlike conduct, so instant Yellow Card."

I was a senior in high school when Pokemon started getting popular and all of the junior-high kids who were obsessed with it were uber-annoying about it to the point of my not wanting to bother.

Even when working as a soccer ref that season, I had to yellow card a bunch of kids who were shouting at the other team in Pokespeak and we ruled that as unsportsmanlike conduct.

Up until about a year ago I was reviewing them for a site so I just kinda of amassed a collection quickly The fact that I do not have an Xbox One also helped due to me being able to keep up with varying Microsoft franchises without the need for additional hardware. Windows Store is kinda like the underdog to Steam and I always like a good underdog!
Thank goodness you've returned! Much has changed since you lived here, my friend.
