It's very good about setting a creepy atmosphere. There are plenty of monsters with their own quirks to learn, the mechanics feel solid, and the motion controls felt very fluid.
It's defiantly worth the $10 and I plan to scare the shit out of some friends by forcing them to play this game. 
Story's top quality, one of the best I've played. Combat is fucking garbage, I had to cheat just to pull myself through without pulling my teeth out. Other than that it's pretty average across the board.
