Front Page
Member of the WeekEach week one member of the Backloggery is hand-picked to be highlighted on the front page. Generally, members will be chosen based on the presentation of their page (banner, avatar, color scheme), having a well-maintained collection, and being otherwise awesome in some way.
Latest Updates
Whenever a member buys a new game or changes the status of a game in their collection, it will be added to the Latest Updates list. This not only highlights achievements but encourages browsing of other member pages. To avoid having the list flooded with new game entries, only one new game per user will be listed at a time. (For example, if you buy 3 new games and add them all to your collection, only the first one will show up in the Latest Updates.) In addition, new members will not appear on the Latest Updates until one week after joining. This will allow them time to get their collection in order and avoid adding numerous new game entries as they enter their titles.
