Minion of Bak'laag: 100+ unfinished games
Consider Yourself a Hero: Majority of games are beaten
Just looked into while True: Learn() after seeing your addition of it pop up in my feed. Looks like an interesting little game. As a software developer who's done a tiny bit of stuff with machine learning, I'd be curious to know if it's actually fun. It always seems to me like a lot of these games strive for being fun and educational, but instead end up as one or the other, not both, so if it actually works, I'd love to know.

Also, I just looked over your top 10 list once again and was reminded that you have great taste in games.

It's been a while now since I played Geometry Wars 3: DE. A long while... Out of the drones, I'm sure that Snipe and Turret were the most used. If I ever had trouble earning a high enough score, I'd usually switch over to Collect after a few failed attempts.

Now that I switched out my memory sticks to play Patapon 2, it'll probably be an even longer while before I get back to attempting those two GM 3: DE bosses! I'm just hoping that after this long break, it'll be a piece of cake when I return to it (games are funny like that sometimes)... If I don't forget the patterns by then!

PixelJunk Shooter may have to wait again... Just learned of Resogun and the way it was explained sounds like much fun to me! We'll see though. Still have to watch a video of how Resogun is played. And I am sure you make a good point, about PJ Shooter's sluggishness possibly being unnoticeable to someone that hasn't played it on Playstation 3.

If there were a way to convince me to add Eden, it would have to be watching a video. It just doesn't sound that appealing to me. There is another PixelJunk title I remember reading about that sounded like fun, just can't remember what it was! It could have been Shooter... How many titles are there?

It's doubtful that I'd ever try a Kingdom Rush title too. I'm not a Steam player (read that as "team player" as I typed, weird). If it were ever ported to a handheld, there'd be a chance. Not sure if I could handle the cuteness...

Have you ever heard of and/or played Crystal Defenders? It's a Final Fantasy Tactics Advance themed, tower defense title released for the PSP. Sadly, it's not downloadable/playable via Vita... I have it loaded onto my PSP Go for when it comes up in the 3rd set of VII, I'm excited!

Lastly... Happy BL-iversary slash Ring Day! You're as old as me now.

P.S.
Just noticed that you have ZERO titles. Very nice!

Yeah, the bosses in Geometry Wars 3: DE can be quite the test of patience! Usually, I'd just go back to grind for more stars to unlock new drones. Sometimes, most of the time, it'd make the boss seem easier. Now though, I'm stuck on the final boss of Adventure Mode and there's no more drones to unlock (that I know of)!

So I started playing Ultimate Mode. Which strangely felt easier! I managed to get more stars in the first nine levels than I did when first starting Adventure Mode. But now I'm stuck on the first boss there... I haven't played it in a while now.

It was only in the last ten years, at most, that I discovered tower defense. Learned of them after watching the other half play a Warcraft III maul. I had the PC title for years, but never played it because I'm awful at RTS games... Seeing it played as a tower defense though! It looked like a lot more fun and easier, in a way.

Never played a Warcraft III maul myself, at least I think "maul" is the right term. So far, I've only played Crystal Defenders, Plants vs. Zombies, Ninjatown, and PJ Monsters Deluxe. I could use some more! Only have one remaining.

Ninjatown and PJ Monsters Deluxe were my favorite out of the four. Didn't make it very far in Crystal Defenders... I'm not very good at that one (yet?). It's coming up in the third set, so I better get better at it! Fieldrunners is another that I have, but it's unlisted because I didn't like the feel/look of it.

I do still plan/hope to add PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate. It almost looks like more fun than Geometry Wars 3 to me. Like there's a puzzle aspect to it maybe? Someone might have already told me that there was... I just hope that it's sluggish play on the Vita is tolerable, I'm sure it is.

The other PJ titles I know nothing about. It is difficult for me to get into "open-ended" games, like Animal Crossing and the like. If you know what I mean. They get boring so quickly for me. So I'm not sure what I would think of Eden.

We are PSN buddies! I think I actually managed to take over the high score in a few levels in Geometry Wars 3 even. Even though it can become repetitive after a while, I really like the variety of stages. Looking forward to unlocking some more drones too! So I'm definitely pleased with it.

Congratulations on beating it! How many levels are there total for Adventure? It sounds like it'll keep me busy for a while. Good thing it's a digital title!

Just noticed that PixelJunk Monsters is on your Top Ten List. Deluxe was definitely a lot of fun, though very maddening at times. Losing that one "life" after playing for, what felt like, half an hour to reach one of the higher waves? Ugh! Damn rainbows...

I took your advice and went with Geometry Wars 3. Thank you! Not that the sluggish game play would prevent me from getting PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate, I still plan on getting it. It just seems better to save it, since it's the only other PJ title available to me...

You certainly made short work of GW 3! Is there still quite a bit left for you to do? It sounds like there's quite a bit of content. Looking forward to it since I've never played a title from the series and it sort of reminds me of the Stardust titles I've played. Adored those titles.

The combat is as interesting as you make it. Lifting someone up into the air then blasting them into space with a shotgun. Mini black holes to drag people out of cover. Always be spamming space magic is what I say. Heard ME2 turns it into an actual shooter, though I never really noticed the RPG -style shooting in my 2.5 runs. But then, I was always busy spamming space magic at space zombies and space robots.

Oh, it's honestly easily missed, but the Mako has both a zoom-in and a rocket launcher. You'd be amazed how many people discover them by accident halfway into the story.

Stop making me want to replay this game. Like right now.

Mass Effect is still my favourite game of all time. TLoU pushing for joint first place. I love original Mass Effect so much I still haven't been able to bring myself to play parts 2 and 3 in case I don't like them as much. Madness, yes, but there's something magical about that first one.

You're in for a treat. The only question remaining is how you'll feel about the Mako. Me, I the Mako. Drove it over every single unexplored world scouring for minerals and crashed probes. Other people, wrong people, hated that space buggy so much they made them take it out of the sequels. Boo.

Mass Effect... best game.
Journeying onward...
