Yeah, and if it doesn't work out, just keep breeding Feebas until you find one with a Beauty-enhancing nature.

Feebas is a pain. What I usually do is go to that area with the Super Rod, and fish in each spot twice, but only for 2-3 rows. If I don't find one, I come back the next day and try again. I usually find it in the first couple of days.

Or you can get one from the GBA games, if you've managed to get one there. If not, I can trade you a Feebas egg.

Not too bad. HG/SS should help with those.

That's my only real problem with Tyranitar. Kinda sucks that way, unless you use him last, but if the opponent has a fast Fighting Pokemon (like Infernape or Lucario), he's done.

Thanks!

Johto Pokemon are mostly okay. A lot of them evolve into something better that came with the Sinnoh generation (Togekiss, Mismagius, Gliscor, Weavile, Electivire, Magmortar, and Porygon-Z are probably the best of those). Some others worth mentioning are Heracross, Scizor, Espeon, Kingdra, and Houndoom. Feraligatr and Typhlosion are also pretty decent. Those are what I would pick, but again, it's mostly what you're looking for. Blissey and Tyranitar can do wonders if used properly (I don't use Tyranitar solely because Sandstorm stays forever if he comes out, and my teams don't consist of all Rock/Ground/Steel types).

Yeah, it really helps for raising a battling team. I didn't really get into it until this past generation, but now all three of my games have powerful teams.

I'd stay away from vitamins, yeah. The EV training gives you more, and it costs less as well.

EV Training is better. It takes longer, but in the long run, your Jumpluff will be more powerful (it's also the only way to get the max that a stat can be at).

[Link]

It's a lot of reading. What it basically says is that if you kill 255 Rattatas with your Jumpluff, your Speed will be boosted quite a bit (not by 255 - probably more like 40, which is still a lot). You can lower the number you have to kill by holding a Macho Brace and/or getting the PokeRus (having both will cut it down to 64 - just one will make it 128). You can have a maximum of 510 points altogether, which is enough to max two stats (or split them however you want).

What you train should be based on your plan for it. It's also a good idea to see which Pokemon will give you which stats. Raticate, for instance, will give you 2 Speed points, speeding up the process. You'll have to decide if you're going for Attack or Special Attack, since the boosts won't be as dramatic if you try for both (Attack is probably better, since Jumpluff can learn Seed Bomb and Bounce/Aerial Ace). If you go for neither, and try for a support Pokemon (using Toxic, Leech Seed, etc. ), bringing up Defense, Special Defense, or both is a good idea (HP is also a good idea).

This is a lot to take in, I know, but it'll be worth it. The vitamins (Protein and the like) also work, but your stats won't be as high. If you have any questions about it, let me know.

It depends on what you're looking for. Jumpluff is pretty darn fast, but it doesn't have the attack stats to compliment it. It's defense and HP are decent, but Grass-types don't really make good walls, especially with so many Ice Beam users out there. This is particularly bad for Jumpluff, who's Grass AND Flying, and will therefore probably not survive any Ice attack whatsoever.

I'd stay away unless you have a good movepool for it, preferably with U-Turn so that you can take advantage of its speed to get out of a battle it can't win.

Check this out if you want more Jumpluff info:

If you're really looking for a Grass type, I'd probably choose Roserade. Maybe Breloom, but only because he has Spore.

Well good to hear the update fixed everything, atleast you won't go through the crap I had to go through with this game.I was literally stuck getting hit by a machine gun continuously for 30 minutes, then I shut the games off, happened to me in 6 levels.>_>

Got Splosionman I see.
Yeeeeeah, I don't like talking about that game.
There were QUITE a few problems, bug problems when it first came out.>_> I think that was the first time in my life, I wanted to throw my controller at my T.V.
though they had an update a while back that supposedly fixed the problems.

Aww, why thank you. I was hoping someone would notice the lettering; that was the only thing I actually created myself, as the banner was offical art that I cropped. I think it looks very Castlevania-y.

Ahh, Sonic 2. Quite simply the best Genesis game ever made. What level's your favorite? Mine's gotta be Aqatic Ruin Zone (The underwater area), mostly because of its stellar music.
