Man, EVERYTHING ABOUT M&L IS EXCELLENT

Lets just say the Golden Sun series starts off fantastic but its really... all (the series) a very slow downhill from there. For an example, you'll never forget how the music sounds so lovely in the first area you in... and nothing else seemed to be up to par after that.

It's fantastic. It's arguably better than Oath.

I haven't played it in a little bit though because a) I'm dumb and b) I've been busy. ;_;

I should just as well call this game MASTERED with all of that time spent. I'm nearing 450 and I bet you once I finish S ranking all of my fish, I'll clock in 500 hours lmao.

But yes, its an awesome gem to find for 30 dollars (20 without the rod attachment) and there's at least 200+ fish to find.

At first I was kinda irked at Ike being so... 2 dimensional along with the plot but later he got better (maturing I suppose lol) and yes, I'm starting to love all of the characters and the subplot (the whole subhumans thing, Lagauz betrayal and my precious bird!) was excellent. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find this turning out to be my favorite after the first two so far. :D I haven't lost a character yet either! :D

I'm finding huge in several of my powerhouses. :D Naturally they're horsemen and fliers. But yes, Nephenesse, Rolf, and Boyd are all so awesome besides them. Makalov SUCKS though lmao. Still hate the Tanks (Generals) for their shit move/speed though. :

And yes, how else am I going to level up their secondary weapon types if I couldn't even purchase the slim/iron weapons??? ;_________; I was fortunate enough to save a couple of them from the beginning but yeah, I couldn't do my triangle attack with Rolf/Boyd/Oscar because of it.

Yeah I hear you on 2D. I'm just glad that the portable gaming is still going pretty strong for decent s/trpgs and rpgs to come alive to. I never really did liked any 3D iterations, their sequels tend to blow badly. Like Alundra for instance.

Yeah, I have to agree. The sets were mindblowing, and I always thought Sergio Leone is the only director that knows how to use close ups!
