Sorry, didn't notice your post till just now. Port is mostly fine for me, sound is buggy sometimes when the game starts so requires the game to be relaunched and the M&KB controls are hopeless so I need to use a controller (which isn't a problem for everyone, but not my preference), but those are the only issues I've had. Thanks for the advice, not to that point yet so I'll have to keep it in mind.

I'm most of the way through Claptrap's Robot Revolution and that's been pretty good too. The "collect a billion zombie brains/robot parts/rakk droppings" missions are awful though.

The only DLC I've really hated so far is Mad Moxxie's Underdome Riot. I have to seriously survive all five rounds on a map FIVE TIMES before it counts and there's NO SAVE?? ...and if I die on the final round, I fail all five? WTF?!?

Bought my SNES from the money I earned mowing lawns and saving allowances. That first evening I sat dumbfounded, watching the attract screen to Super Mario World. My mom commented that she knew the feeling, and that she did the same thing when she bought her first washing machine.

Never made it past world 4 or 5, I think. Skills weren't that great and I tended to get distracted by other games. Honestly, I never got that into Mario in the first place. Other than the re-skin of Doki-Doki Panic and the first two Gameboy games, I never beat any Mario game until 5 years ago.

Not planning to 200%+ it. The reward doesn't justify the effort. I might give Richter mode a try, but I doubt I'll try to beat it again with him. After Parappa, the second half of Final Fantasy IX is back in my sights.
