Watched some of you on Youtube for a long time but a lot of people stopped uploading videos over the years. Stopped using Backloggery years ago, but I remembered a lot of people were on here so I thought it'd be worth revisiting to keep up with what people are playing.

Meh. Added some from the Steam summer sale. Still haven't played much. Don't really know why I bought what I did. Impulse? Sure.

Hope you continue to enjoy Fable! I feel as if Anniversary had some odd art direction, but the vanilla game and its versions I still feel have held up extremely well. Never understood the hate for Fable 1.

Spinny ring has come and gone, like so many things in the past 7 years. I haven't been updating very much, haven't been gaming very much. But with recent events, I am finding some joy in playing again, and will most likely continue, at least for a short while. Cheers, old friends. Hope you're all doing well.

As for Lego games. I remember loving the Lego Star Wars games when they first came out because even though I didn't get to play with them a lot I had one of those Lego carry-on kind of boxes, with the handle. It had components to make a couple Lego guys and to make a house i.e. door and window blocks. I also really enjoyed the Star Wars prequels (In my defense I was a child). I ended up watching the original movies sometime later. As for the prequels; as an adult I still like the Phantom Menace for the fight scenes and the pod racing. In my opinion the choreography in the original trilogy wasn't that great. Attack of the clones sucks however, I really do love the Revenge of the Sith movie and I have no regrets. Anyway, back on topic. I have tried playing some of the more recent Lego games such as Lego: The Hobbit and the Lego: Harry Potter games. The Harry Potter ones are my favorite of the more recent Lego games but there are times where I just mow through everything with no challenge and the gameplay is kinda bland after a while. I know they are meant for kids but I feel like there are still a lot of "E" games that hold up and aren't as redundant ya' know?

I get what you mean with Ratchet and Clank. I only played the original three PS2 games for the first time on the PS3 via the "Classics" on PSN I think a few years ago...maybe. I think I would have enjoyed them a lot more when I was younger but I still had a good time playing them. The series reminds me a lot of how the first Jak and Daxter game played, which I do have nostalgia for and played growing up. The reboot was good but I feel not as fleshed out which is not that fair I suppose considering that they tried to squeeze different elements of all three games into it, whereas the originals had 3 titles to refine gameplay and create a larger narrative. The reboot is like a "best of compilation."

Beat Ratchet and Clank reboot last year. Pretty cool game. I was surprised to find that it is as good as it was. More than any right it had to be. What are your thoughts on it?

I didn't even know that there was another game called Prey.

Sometimes it is great to take a break from unplayed games and re-experience an old favorite.

I used to feel guilty when I would replay games. Because, this website (and other things) for some reason made me feel like I shouldn't. You know what though? I like replaying games that make me happy. I mean that's why we play games in the first place right? WITH THAT SAID! I'm playing some Zelder, and I can see some Halo in my future.
