Honestly, I was somewhat disappointed by how forgiving the game was

. After dying, you restart in the same room, and hearts are rather plentiful to find. If it hadn't been for the Zora armor (and Dark Nuts), I might have not wanted to call it a

(Zora armor causes fire to hit 2 1/2 hearts and ice to kill instantly.)

I would definitely suggest to try minimalist runs of the Zelda games yourself. It's quite satisfying defy all the help given yet succeed anyway. In the later games, it's not as difficult as you may think.

I feel kind of charged to do master runs of the other Zelda games now...unfortunately I still have to complete them

Thanks for the DVD, it's already become one of my all time favorites.
Now get cracking on the game beating. (Just be careful to monitor spiked eggnog intake

)

Don't know if you've seen, but several Genesis titles will be available for 500 pts until January 6th. Most notable ones I saw (besides Sonic) were Gunstar Heroes, Toe Jam & Earl, and Shining Force, so if you were interested in those, now would be a good time.

Better hurry on the game beating, only 7 more days plus a Christmas in between...

Link seems to be disturbingly lacking in pants the first half of episode 1...though he sure doesn't seem to mind the thought getting into Zelda's.

Boy am I glad Link is a mute.
