I admire your strict protocol for what a completed game is. Very diligent. I follow a similar ruleset myself. Though with newer games I continue to be back and forth on whether to factor in achievements. If it's something that requires other players or controllers, then no. But if it's some extra challenge that only takes an hour or less to complete, than I'll probably get it.
