Had a bit of a lull. I will beat Dragon Warrior III, and Dead Space. From there, who knows. Maybe I'll pick up Iron Sword: Wizards and Warriors II, and beat.

Most of the hate it gets is no thanks to "fans" of AVGN that don't understand that he's simply a character that only pulls out anything remotely bad of a game, dispite the game is probably mostly good. Half the haters of Simon's Quest haven't even played the damn thing!

It certainly has flaws though, of course, unfortunately due to poor translation in those days. Upon finishing it, I recommend you replay the game with this patch: [Link]
It will give you a whole new appreciation of the game, includes features that were originally desired and retranslates the game to be much more accurate, as I understand, to the Japanese original.

Sorry to hear you had a chunk of your games stolen. Happened to me some time ago, luckily got most of them back over time.

Having such a huge list of is certainly a dirty job, but it's one I enjoy thoroughly.

The second is certainly pretty tough later on, the final area has some of the cheapest enemies I've experienced in any RPG.

Congratulations with Dragon Warrior. Even though it's simple, I think it's aged very well and is one of my favorite RPGs to date.

Picked up the Gran Turismo series for the first time today (picked up GT5). I must say that the game took me by surprise. Picked up a PS3 for Christmas as well. Looks like I have more games to add to the every growing Backloggery!
