I know the Wii had trouble reading dual layered discs like Smash Bros. It's a matter of time before mine gives up. Meanwhile the PSOne keeps going!

That all sounds like far too much work... That said I've decided I want to Platinum Dark Souls, so what do I know?

When did it break?? Mine doesn't sound healthy, but then I've not used it in ages. The idea of ing Xenoblade is terrifying to me...

Haha yeah, my AIM app doesn't work at all and I'm pretty much never on my laptop now, it's far too old and slow for browsing!

I went to one and they said the codes had expired, so I went to another - it was 2 per person, I got 2 and ended up giving one to a mate. The Celebi giveaway this month is over the wifi which makes far more sense! No idea why they do in store giveaways, except for Nintendo being Nintendo.

What have you been up to/playing?

I keep buying new games.... I went into two Game stores to get a code for the Mew giveaway on 3DS and couldn't go to the counter to ask for it without buying something..

I actually would have thought that those percentages would be higher for the WR's.

I'm sure I was one of those teams. After my fall from grace, that is.

Reached Stage 4 after some turmoil with that damn boss. He's got your standard bullets that can be blocked by your charged shot, seeking missiles that can't and an occasional twin laser shot that can't. Most bosses can be beaten with just the charged shot, because most of them don't use multiple attacks at a time or have a small opening in-between for a charged shot attack. Stage 3's boss is the latter, but without the opening, so I need an upgraded weapon to have a sane chance at killing him, meaning, I can't die when approaching or fighting him. Prick bastard.

Stage 4 is a long series of micro stages followed by each stage boss I've already defeated in previous stages, most appearing in chronological order (don't ask; don't know). This sounds harder than it is, because once I learn a boss's pattern, they're generally defeated without a death (see: Stage 3 boss for exception). The devs also decided to mix in a "phase in and out of existence" boss in there too, whom I haven't yet mastered.

After killing almost each re-appearing boss, I had enough when I was down to two lives against a brand new boss, who seems easy if I just use patience, but my adrenaline at the time wasn't having it. >_> He's got that small opening that I mentioned, but where he'll attack is random and fast.

I don't know if this is the final stage, but it feels like it is.

Played some AC5. No story missions, instead started Arcade Mode. Took my skills to shame in Stage 02 because I ran out of missiles and nearly ran out of time before gunning down some fool who doesn't know where his trigger button is. Then, I actually DID run out of time later in the mission because I was too busy being rusty at the damn game.

Stage 03-A went great, though. At Stage 04-A now and about to surpass Rank D.

[Link] Lol, after reading the comments section, I immediately discovered that I was not alone in thinking that Sonic would (see spoilers after link) go to a secluded island to visit dinosaurs. And the Atlantis comment was a bit frightening to imagine. I say time travel is involved, honestly.

Tell me, how does one survive a knife stab to the stomach/intestines area, then a fork stab to the not-healing-very-well wound probably a day later? And by "survive", I mean getting up and walking around like any healthy human being who is only showing signs of a terrible stomach ache and obvious bleeding through their shirt via pain killers and alcohol.

FOX needs to fess up, but they've otherwise written a damn good show.

And when did you add SA2B to your NP list? Way back when you started your chao raising?

Yeah, Starbuck counts, albeit, it probably wasn't at all what you expected.

From the Wikipedia page, on the song: (Tagged as spoilers, just for courtesy; not actual spoilers)

The song and lyrics that Tory, Tigh, Tyrol and Anders hear is Bob Dylan's "All Along the Watchtower", as adapted by series composer Bear McCreary. The vocals for this version are performed by McCreary's brother Brendan McCreary, with former Oingo Boingo guitarist Steve Bartek playing various guitars and sitars.[1] There is no explanation given in the show as to why this particular song is heard, nor where it comes from. According to a conversation McCreary had with Ronald D. Moore, the version heard in the episode is meant to have been recorded by a Colonial artist rather than by Bob Dylan himself.
